Valuation

Valuation is balances multiplied by prices. The balances are trivially readable from chain; the prices are the hard part, and the source set is unresolved.

Requirements for a valuation source

• —On-chain readable or verifiably attested
• —Explicit staleness window
• —A defined behaviour when the market for the asset is closed
• —No single point of manipulation for the lending market to exploit
