Corporate Actions
Splits, dividends and delistings on tokenized equity legs.
Tokenized equities inherit the corporate actions of their underlying. How those actions reach a token holder depends entirely on the issuer's mechanics, which means the Stockpile's handling has to be defined per issuer rather than in general.
| Action | Expected handling | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Stock split | Issuer adjusts token balance or ratio; reserve balance follows | TBD |
| Cash dividend | Distributed by issuer; treated as protocol revenue if received | TBD |
| Delisting | Leg frozen, removed from target weights, held or wound down | TBD |
| Ticker change | Configuration update, no economic effect | TBD |
